Your school's website is a separate service, independent of the package. We recommend the CMS option, as it is fully integrated with the system. We also offer a cheaper static site if you don't plan to publish content and don't need full integration.

A pass is a pack of class entries. It doesn't renew automatically – students extend it themselves whenever they want. Progressive discounts work like this: the first group at the base price, every extra group cheaper. You set the thresholds and discount levels according to your school's rules.
No. The student app works independently of any website. If you do want a new site, we'll build it as a separate service – with a CMS you edit yourself, or as a cheaper static site.
Yes. We import students, groups, passes and history from any previous system – including Excel spreadsheets. The import is part of onboarding.
Typically a few weeks – it depends mainly on the amount and quality of data to migrate and on how many pass and discount rules need configuring. We agree a concrete plan at the start.
Every subscription includes a pool of hours per month. Unused hours don't expire – they roll over across the calendar year. You can spend them on any request: a new feature, a configuration change, team training, help with a report.
Yes. The app goes into the App Store and Google Play under your school's name, logo and colours. Students don't see champ.dance – they see your school.
We support Mollie, Autopay, Przelewy24 and BLIK. Students pay online and the payment appears instantly in their history and at the front desk.
Yes. Charitable and non-commercial schools get 20% off setup and subscription. The school confirms its status when signing the contract.
Yes. The subscription is monthly and the notice period is set in the contract. You can export your data at any time – we don't lock you in.
