Data controller

The controller of personal data collected through the champ.dance website is Deployed, the maker of champ.dance. For any matter concerning personal data you can write to kontakt@deployed.pl.

What data we collect and why

When you send a message through the contact form, we process the data you provide: your name, email address, school name and the content of your message. We do this to answer your enquiry and – if you ask – to prepare an offer or arrange a demo. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and steps taken towards entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If we use analytics tools, we collect only anonymised or aggregated traffic data to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not link this data to your identity.

How long we keep data

We keep contact-form data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up conversations, and afterwards for the period required by law or until you raise a valid objection.

Recipients

Data may be processed by our technical service providers (hosting, email) under data-processing agreements. We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, write to kontakt@deployed.pl.
